The signal indicating device comprises an installation support, a green laser source signal lamp with the wavelength of 620-750 nm, a red laser source signal lamp with the wavelength of 450-495 nm and a yellow laser source signal lamp with the wavelength of 400-750 nm are arranged on the installation support at intervals, and the three laser sources are laser sources of three levels or below. The green laser source signal lamp comprises a green laser emitting device and a first control device, the red laser source signal lamp comprises a red laser emitting device and a second control device, and the yellow laser source signal lamp comprises a yellow laser emitting device and a third control device; the first control device controls the green laser emitting device to emit green laser beams, the second control device controls the red laser emitting device to emit red laser beams, and the third control device controls the yellow laser emitting device to emit yellow laser beams. According to the invention, the indication effect is more obvious when the visibility is low, and the system can be easily collected to form an intelligent traffic network.
