The invention discloses a multi-point automatic leveling system for a movable launching platform and a control method. The system comprises an upper computer, a PLC control module, a sensing module and an execution module. Firstly, all fulcrums are placed in the middle position, and data of the fulcrums are collected; then, the PLC control module and the upper computer obtain the data, and the upper computer calculates the overall perpendicularity of the rocket; preliminary adjustment is carried out through the execution module to ensure that the whole rocket is close to a horizontal state and the stress of each booster support arm is basically uniform; then, the perpendicularity of each booster is further finely adjusted through a three-point supporting method; the coarse adjustment and fine adjustment process can be continuously repeated until the overall perpendicularity of the rocket reaches a preset standard. According to the method, by establishing the perpendicularity accurate correction priority and combining with fine adjustment of the load of the supporting arm, automatic and intelligent leveling in the preparation stage before rocket launching and comprehensive improvement of safety performance are achieved through an integrated control algorithm and a closed-loop control mechanism.

    本发明公开一种活动发射平台多点自动调平系统及控制方法,系统包括上位机、PLC控制模块、传感模块、执行模块。首先将各个支点置于中位,采集支点的数据;随后,PLC控制模块与上位机获取这些数据,其中上位机计算火箭的整体垂直度;通过执行模块进行初步调整,确保火箭整体接近水平状态且各助推器支臂的受力基本均匀;然后采用三点支撑法进一步精细化调整各助推器的垂直度;这一粗调和细调的过程会不断重复,直到火箭的整体垂直度达到预定的标准。本发明通过确立垂直度精准校正优先级并结合支臂载荷的精细调节,利用集成化控制算法和闭环控制机制实现了火箭发射前准备阶段的自动化、智能化调平与安全性能的全面提升。
