The limiting frame is provided with a sliding groove, the movable sliding table is in sliding fit with the sliding groove, the movable sliding table is provided with a first rotating hole, the rotating plate is provided with a first rotating shaft, the rotating frame is fixedly connected with the rotating plate, the rotating frame is provided with a second rotating hole, the storage table is fixedly provided with a second rotating shaft, and the storage table is located below the camera. According to the invention, the rotating plate and the movable sliding table as well as the object placing table and the rotating frame are rotationally matched, so that the side edge of the base plate is rotated to the position under the camera, and the camera can detect conveniently.     本发明公开了一种陶瓷基板表面检测装置,涉及陶瓷基板检测的技术领域,包括工作台、支撑架、摄像头、置物台、限位架、活动滑台、转板和转动架,支撑架设置在工作台的顶部,摄像头设置在支撑架的顶部,限位架与工作台固定连接,限位架开设有滑槽,活动滑台与滑槽之间滑动配合,活动滑台开设有第一转孔,转板设有第一转轴,转动架与转板固定连接,转动架开设有第二转孔,置物台固定设有第二转轴,置物台位于摄像头的下方,本发明通过转板与活动滑台、置物台与转动架的转动配合,从而实现将基板侧边旋转至摄像头正下方,便于摄像头检测。同时通过限位架与活动滑台之间的滑动配合确保检测距离恒定,维持对焦准确性,从而保障检测的高精度与可靠性。
