The invention discloses a reusable fairing structure which comprises a fairing main structure, a plurality of semi-closed connecting plates, semicircular connecting plates and special-shaped reinforcing pieces. The arc-shaped edge of the semi-closed connecting plate is connected with a transverse reinforcing component in the main structure of the half front cone section of the fairing through a screw, so that the main structure of the half front cone section becomes a semi-closed structure, and the deformation resistance of the structure is improved; semicircular connecting plates are installed at openings in the two sides of the transverse connecting face of the half front cone section main structure and the half front column section main structure, the semicircular connecting plates are connected with the main structures through screws, and the connecting strength of the transverse connecting face is improved. A special-shaped reinforcing piece is installed in the middle area of an E-shaped rear end frame of the half rear column section main structure, and the local bending rigidity is improved. The bearing capacity of the main structure of the fairing is improved, the use requirement of the repeatedly-used fairing under the large-load condition in the reentry stage is met, the rocket launching cost is greatly reduced, and remarkable economic value is achieved.
本发明一种重复使用整流罩结构,包括整流罩主结构、若干半封闭式连接板、半圆形连接板及异型加强件。半封闭式连接板弧形边缘用螺钉与整流罩半前锥段主结构中的横向加强构件连接,使半前锥段主结构成为半封闭结构,提高结构的抗变形能力;在半前锥段主结构与半前柱段主结构横向连接面两侧开口处安装半圆形连接板,半圆形连接板与主结构采用螺钉连接,提高横向连接面处连接强度;在半后柱段主结构“E”型后端框中间区域安装异型加强件,提高局部弯曲刚度。本发明提高了整流罩主结构承载能力,满足重复使用整流罩在再入阶段大载荷条件下的使用要求,将大大降低火箭发射的成本,具有显著的经济价值。
