The invention provides a deepwater environment culvert inner wall attachment surface cleaning device which is composed of a left moving carrier, a right moving carrier and two sets of synchronous telescopic mechanisms in the middle, box frame assemblies are arranged on the mechanisms, and high-pressure cleaning assemblies are installed on box frames. The synchronous telescopic mechanism structurally comprises a U-shaped shaft frame, an upper gear system and a lower gear system, a stretching rod is driven to move through gear meshing, and a box body can be kept balanced in the cleaning process through an outer end box synchronous wheel. The box frame assembly is composed of a box body and a fixable or movable outer frame, and the outer frame is provided with a high-pressure cleaning assembly. The high-pressure cleaning assembly comprises a high-pressure pump and a spray head, and the spray head is installed in the high-pressure cavity of the outer frame and connected to the high-pressure pump to provide strong water flow. According to the device, bidirectional water pressure difference is generated through jetting of the high-pressure cleaning assembly, the device is stably attached to the wall and slowly moves, the problem of backward movement caused by too large impact force is effectively avoided, and therefore the stability and efficiency of the cleaning process are guaranteed, the complex operation requirement in the culvert can be met, and efficient cleaning is achieved.

    本发明提供一种深水环境涵洞内壁附着物表面清理装置,由左右两个移动载具和中部的两组同步伸缩机构组成,机构上设有箱架组件,箱架上则安装高压清洗组件。同步伸缩机构的结构包括U形轴架和上下齿轮系统,通过齿轮啮合驱动伸展杆运动,外端箱同步轮使得箱体能够在清理过程中保持平衡。箱架组件由箱体和可固定或活动的外框架构成,外框架装有高压清洗组件。高压清洗组件包含高压泵和喷头,喷头安装在外框架的高压腔内,连接至高压泵以提供强力水流。该装置利用高压清洗组件的喷射产生双向水压差,实现装置稳固贴壁并缓慢移动,有效避免冲击力过大导致的后移问题,从而保证清理过程的稳定性和效率,能够适应涵洞内的复杂作业需求,实现高效清理。
