The invention provides a hoisting device for a ship shaft sleeve. The hoisting device comprises a conveying rail mechanism, a sliding hoisting mechanism and an auxiliary supporting mechanism. The conveying track mechanism comprises a first fastening bolt, a special-shaped connecting lock catch and a steel cable; the special-shaped connecting lock catches are arranged at the starting point and the terminal point of the conveying rail mechanism correspondingly and used for being connected with a reinforcing structure on the inner wall of a cabin. The steel cable is connected between the special-shaped connecting lock catches and arranged in the length direction of the conveying rail mechanism. The sliding hoisting mechanism comprises two sliding pieces, and hoisting rings are arranged at the bottoms of the sliding pieces and used for being connected with ship shaft sleeves. The auxiliary supporting mechanism provides auxiliary supporting force for the ship shaft sleeve in the installation process. The ship shaft sleeve can be rapidly and accurately installed, the installation time is saved, the freezing effect is guaranteed, and therefore the installation precision of the ship shaft sleeve can be guaranteed; the situation that temporary hanging weights are welded for hoisting and lightering is avoided; and the building quality and the building period of the ship are improved.
