本发明的一种轻型单梁起重设备及其安装、使用方法,针对现有起重机易与基坑内设施发生碰撞的问题。它包括固定于基坑顶部的支撑横梁,及安装于其上的移动装置及吊具,移动装置的矩形框架套设于支撑横梁外侧,一对齿轮机构沿支撑横梁轴线对称设置,且齿轮机构的轴承齿轮与固定于腹板的齿轮轨道相啮合,多个重力感应模块竖向设置并连接于连接板和矩形框架顶板之间。使用方法:导入基坑三维模型并建立坐标系,计算得出移动装置预定行驶距离及驱动电机运行时长,驱动移动装置沿支撑横梁运行至吊装位置后停止,控制吊具下放物料,当物料到达基坑地面或卸货平台,弹簧阻尼器上的重力传感器会感应失重状态,吊具的电机停止转动,卸货完成后归位重置。
