The invention discloses a guiding and positioning method and a guiding and locking mechanism for mounting outboard large-mass equipment of an on-orbit aircraft. The guiding and locking mechanism comprises a circular flange, a locking mechanism and a locking mechanism, wherein the circular flange is fixed on the outboard large-mass equipment; the guide columns are arranged on the outer side of the circular flange, a guide groove is formed between every two adjacent guide columns, and the guide columns form a plurality of guide grooves; the mounting plate is fixed on the target aircraft; the mounting plate is arranged on the base, the guide blocks are arranged on the mounting plate, and open holes are formed in the guide blocks and used for mounting a locking pin assembly; and the position distribution of the plurality of guide blocks is matched with the position distribution of the plurality of guide grooves. According to the invention, accurate installation and positioning of the outboard large-mass equipment and the target aircraft are realized through cooperation of the guide groove and the guide block; and furthermore, the round flange is locked through the locking pin assembly, so that the locking of the outboard large-mass equipment and the target aircraft after positioning is realized.
本发明公开了一种在轨飞行器舱外大质量设备安装的导向定位方法及导向锁定机构,所述导向锁定机构包括:固定于舱外大质量设备上的圆形法兰;设置在所述圆形法兰外侧的若干导向柱,每两个相邻近的导向柱之间形成一个导向槽,所述若干导向柱形成了多个导向槽;安装板,所述安装板固定于目标飞行器上;以及,设置在所述安装板上的若干导向块,所述的导向块上设有开孔,用于安装设置一锁紧销组件;其中,所述若干导向块的位置分布与所述多个导向槽的位置分布相匹配。本发明通过导向槽与导向块的配合实现舱外大质量设备与目标飞行器的精确安装定位;并进一步通过所述的锁紧销组件,锁紧圆形法兰,实现舱外大质量设备与目标飞行器定位后的锁紧。
