The invention provides a low-ice-adhesion surface, a preparation method and a low-ice-adhesion skin, and relates to the field of aviation ice prevention and removal, and the low-ice-adhesion surface comprises a base material with a coating surface; the bonding layer is arranged on the coating surface to form a bonding surface; the micro-particle layer comprises micro-particles, and the micro-particles are distributed on the bonding surface to form a rough surface; the soft elastic layer covers the rough surface, and the surface, deviating from the micro-particle layer, of the soft elastic layer is a flat surface; wherein the elastic modulus of the microparticle layer is greater than that of the soft elastic layer. Compared with the prior art, the aircraft has the advantages that by combining the dual effects of heating and the microstructure, an ice layer is easier to separate, the energy consumption of the aircraft in the deicing process is remarkably reduced, and the energy efficiency of the aircraft is improved.

    本发明提供了一种低冰粘附表面、制备方法及低冰粘附蒙皮,涉及航空防除冰领域,本发明包括:基材,具有涂覆面;粘接层,设于所述涂覆面,以形成粘接面;微颗粒层,包括微米颗粒,所述微米颗粒分布于所述粘接面,以形成粗糙面;以及软弹层,覆盖于所述粗糙面,所述软弹层背离所述微颗粒层的表面为平整面;其中,所述微颗粒层的弹性模量大于所述软弹层的弹性模量。本发明与现有技术相比,具有通过结合加热与微结构的双重作用,使冰层更易脱离,并显著降低飞行器在除冰过程中的能耗,有益于提高飞行器的能效的优点。
