The invention discloses an LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) ship rudder horn subsection assembly positioning method, which comprises the following steps of: butting a middle subsection and a rudder horn subsection on a jig frame, then adjusting the rudder horn subsection from front, back, left and right directions, placing a concentricity measuring device right below a lower rudder hole after the rudder horn subsection is adjusted in place, hanging a conical plumb bob at the center of an upper rudder hole by utilizing a steel wire rope, and finally measuring the concentricity of the rudder horn subsection. Adjusting the height of an outer opening of a non-butt-joint part of the rudder horn section, and measuring the distance from the steel wire rope to the inner wall of the lower rudder hole by using a right-angle measuring ruler on the concentricity measuring device in the process, so as to ensure the vertical coplanarity of the circle center of the upper rudder hole and the circle center of the lower rudder hole; the concentricity measuring device can ensure that the conical plumb bob is always in a static state, so that the influence on the measuring precision caused by the movement of the conical plumb bob due to external interference in the measuring process can be avoided, the accuracy of measured data is ensured, and the positioning precision of rudder horn sections and the positioning precision of a rudder system are further ensured.
本发明公开了一种LNG船挂舵臂分段总组定位方法,先将中间分段与挂舵臂分段在胎架上对接,然后从前、后、左、右四个方向调整挂舵臂分段,调整到位后,在下舵孔正下方放置同心度测量装置,并利用钢丝绳在上舵孔的中心挂上锥形线锤,然后调整挂舵臂分段的未对接部位外口的高度并在该过程中利用同心度测量装置上的直角测量尺测量钢丝绳到下舵孔内壁的距离,以保证上舵孔圆心与下舵孔圆心的垂直同面度,由于同心度测量装置能够保证锥形线锤一直处于静止状态,因此能够避免测量过程中外界干扰使锥形线锤位置产生移动进而影响测量精度,保证测量数据的准确性,进而保证挂舵臂分段的定位精度和舵系定位精度。
