The oil contamination detection plate is used for converting the oil contamination condition on the surface of the electric conveying belt into friction force, the friction force is converted into electric signals to be recognized, the adhesion degree of the oil contamination is detected by recognizing the strength of the electric signals, and meanwhile the stain adhesion condition on the surface of the electric conveying belt is converted into abrupt change electric signals; therefore, detection of stains on the surface of the conveyor belt is realized. And stains on the surfaces of the electric conveying belt and the conveying plate are scraped through a horizontal scraping strip and a vertical scraping strip on the oil stain detection plate.

    本发明公开了一种用于水域垃圾处理的无人垃圾打捞船,涉及垃圾打捞船技术领域。包括收集仓、集污板、电动传送带、底座板、无人船体、电动升降台、清洗装置和检测维护装置,本发明利用清洗装置对电动传送带和输送板进行定期清洁,防止垃圾和油污长时间附着,影响打捞效率,并对电动传送带和输送板造成腐蚀和损坏。利用油污检测板将电动传送带表面油污的情况转化为摩擦力,并将摩擦力转化为电信号进行识别,通过电信号强弱的识别,从而检测出油污的附着度,同时将电动传送带表面的污渍附着情况,转化为突变的电信号,从而实现对传送带表面污渍的检测。通过油污检测板上的水平刮条和竖向刮条对电动传送带和输送板表面的污渍进行刮除。
