The invention discloses an ultralight-weight expansion hanging core for a carbon fiber front fork, which comprises a supporting sleeve sleeved in an upper port of the carbon fiber front fork, an upper baffle and a lower baffle, and a central screw hole is machined in the lower baffle in a penetrating manner; wherein an upper inclined surface and a lower inclined surface are respectively processed in an upper port and a lower port of the supporting sleeve, four notches are processed on the supporting sleeve in a manner of extending from top to bottom, and the four notches divide the supporting sleeve into four expansion sheets with equal radians; the lower gear is positioned and clamped in a lower port of the supporting sleeve, a screw rod which penetrates through the supporting sleeve and is used for being spirally matched with a central screw hole of the lower gear is formed on the upper gear, and a thrust inclined surface which can extend into an upper port of the supporting sleeve is arranged on the peripheral surface of the upper gear; the thrust inclined surface is matched with the upper inclined surface of the support sleeve; and when the screw rod and the lower stopper are screwed in and screwed down, the expansion sheet is forced to expand outwards to lock and fix the support sleeve in the upper end opening of the carbon fiber front fork. The connecting piece is light in weight, high in strength and easy to assemble, firm connection can be guaranteed, and meanwhile the connecting piece is not prone to deformation or damage due to external force.

    本发明公开了一种碳纤前叉用的超轻量化膨胀吊芯,包括套设在碳纤前叉上端口中的撑套以及上档和下档,下档贯通加工有中心螺孔;其中:撑套的上端口和下端口中分别加工有上斜面和下斜面,并且该撑套上由上向下延伸地加工有四道切口,四道切口将撑套分割出有四个等弧度的胀片;下档定位卡入在撑套的下端口中,上档成型有穿过撑套用于与下档的中心螺孔螺旋相配合的螺杆,并且该上档的外周面具有能伸入到撑套上端口中的推力斜面;该推力斜面与撑套的上斜面相配合在螺杆与下档旋进拧紧时,迫使胀片向外扩径膨胀将撑套锁紧固定在碳纤前叉的上端口中。本发明质量轻、强度高、装配简单,并能在保证牢固连接的同时,不因为外力而轻易变形或损坏。
