The invention provides a rail vehicle air conditioner system control method which comprises the following steps: S1, an air conditioner control unit receives a station parking signal sent by a vehicle central control unit and enters a station parking mode; s2, after the air conditioner control unit receives the door opening instruction, the current refrigerating or heating mode is kept, the operation frequency of a condensation fan is reduced, and the operation frequency of a compressor is improved; and S3, the air conditioner control unit quits the station parking mode after receiving the door closing instruction. When the railway vehicle is parked and the door is opened, the operation frequency of the condensation fan is reduced, the noise in a passenger room is reduced, and the riding experience of passengers is improved; and on the other hand, the operation frequency of the compressor is increased during parking and door opening, the refrigerating or heating effect of the air conditioning system is guaranteed, and therefore large fluctuation of the temperature in the passenger room is avoided. The invention further provides the railway vehicle adopting the control method for the air conditioning system of the railway vehicle.
