The invention discloses an Internet of Vehicles driving state monitoring method and system, and the method comprises the steps: 1, collecting the driving state data in real time, and enabling the driving state data to comprise the behavior data of a driver and environment data; step 2, preprocessing the collected multi-source heterogeneous data at a vehicle-mounted edge computing node; step 3, inputting the fused data into a variational auto-encoder, and when the variational auto-encoder extracts the low-dimensional hidden variable representation of the driving state data, deducing hidden variable distribution by optimizing a variational lower bound; 4, inputting the inferred hidden variables into the fractional order differential equation model to obtain a predicted value of the driving state; step 5, federated learning is carried out on a plurality of vehicle-mounted edge nodes, and collaborative optimization of a global model is realized while data privacy is protected; according to the method, distributed collaborative decision-making of multiple agents is realized by solving Nash equilibrium, the adaptability and robustness of the system are improved, and the traffic safety and the driving experience can be remarkably improved.

    本发明公开了一种车联网驾驶状态监控方法及系统,包括:步骤一,实时采集驾驶状态数据,所述驾驶状态数据包括驾驶员的行为数据以及环境数据;步骤二,在车载边缘计算节点,对采集的多源异构数据进行预处理;步骤三,将融合后的数据输入到变分自编码器中,所述变分自编码器在提取驾驶状态数据的低维隐变量表示时,通过优化变分下界,推断出隐变量分布;步骤四,将推断出的隐变量输入到分数阶微分方程模型中,得到驾驶状态的预测值;步骤五,在多个车载边缘节点上进行联邦学习,在保护数据隐私的同时实现全局模型的协同优化;本发明通过求解纳什均衡实现多智能体的分布式协同决策,提高了系统的适应性和鲁棒性,可显著提高交通安全性和驾驶体验。
