The invention provides a brake actuator, a drive-by-wire mechanical electronic brake system and an automobile, and relates to the technical field of automobile brake control, the brake actuator comprises a shell, a motor, a motion conversion mechanism and a brake block, the motor, the motion conversion mechanism and the brake block are installed in the shell, a through installation cavity is formed in the motor, and a magnetic steel rotor of the motor is connected with a hollow shaft; the mounting cavity is positioned in the hollow shaft; an input shaft of the speed-reducing torque-increasing mechanism is connected with the hollow shaft so as to synchronously rotate with the hollow shaft, at least one part of the speed-reducing torque-increasing mechanism is fixedly connected with the shell, and at least the other part of the speed-reducing torque-increasing mechanism is located in the mounting cavity; the motion conversion mechanism is connected with an output shaft of the speed reducing and torque increasing mechanism and the brake block so as to convert the torque output by the speed reducing and torque increasing mechanism into thrust for pushing the brake block to move linearly. The electronic mechanical brake actuator solves the problems that an existing electronic mechanical brake actuator is bloated in structure and high in requirement for the size of an installation space.
