The invention discloses an active brake cooling system which is provided with a cooling module controller for obtaining the temperature of a vehicle brake, the cooling module controller is connected with an air distribution valve and outputs a control signal to the air distribution valve, and an air inlet of the air distribution valve is connected with an air storage tank through a main air pipe. A plurality of air outlets of the air distribution valve are connected with cooling nozzles blowing air to the brake through air pipelines respectively, and an air inlet of the air storage tank is connected with an air compressor. According to the active brake cooling system, when the friction amplitude of the brake is in a high-temperature condition, the controller is linked with the air energy storage device, an air pipeline channel is actively opened, extra cooling airflow is provided, and the brake is directly cooled. When the temperature of the brake is reduced to a set value, the air cooling system is automatically closed, and energy consumption is saved. The system is suitable for vehicles under normal road conditions, especially under extreme road conditions such as mountain roads and continuous downhill long slopes, and the heat fading resistance advantage is more obvious.
本发明揭示了一种主动式制动器冷却系统,系统设有获取车辆制动器温度的冷却模块控制器,所述冷却模块控制器连接并输出控制信号至空气分配阀,所述空气分配阀的进气口经主气管连接储气罐,所述空气分配阀的多路出气口分别通过空气管路连接向制动器吹气的冷却喷嘴,所述储气罐的进气口连接有空气压缩机。本发明主动式制动器冷却系统,可以在制动器摩擦幅处于高温情况时,通过控制器与空气储能装置联动,主动打开空气管路通道,提供额外的冷却气流,直接对制动器进行冷却。在制动器温度降低到设定值时,自动关闭空气冷却系统,节省能耗。该系统除适用于车辆正常路况下,尤其是在山路和连续下长坡的等极端路况下,抗热衰退性能优势更为明显。
