And an inert gas tank for inert gas is fixedly mounted on one side of the rectifying electric plate. During normal work, the electromagnet generates a magnetic field to enable the magnetorheological fluid to keep certain viscosity, the stability of the conducting strip and the piston plate is ensured, and a current path is maintained; by designing an electromagnet, a Venturi tube, a conducting strip and other devices, when the charging module breaks down and the current is sharply increased, a metal diaphragm of the conducting strip is fused, the electromagnet loses excitation, a first spring piece pushes a piston plate to extrude magnetorheological fluid to wrap a clamping groove to cut off electric connection, meanwhile, deionized water is treated to loosen a buckle, fault expansion is prevented, and the system safety is improved; and the damage to the charging module and other equipment caused by short circuit is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种方便维保的模块化充电桩,包括充电桩、电箱和嵌合安装于电箱内的多个充电模块,所述充电模块的一侧均设有用于与外部电源电连接的整流电板,且整流电板均固定安装于电箱的内部一侧,所述整流电板的一侧固定安装有惰性气体的惰性气罐。在正常工作时,电磁铁产生磁场使磁流变液保持一定黏度,确保导电片和活塞板稳定,维持电流通路;通过设计电磁铁、文丘里管和导电片等装置,当充电模块故障电流急剧增大时,导电片金属膜片熔断,电磁铁失磁,弹簧件一推动活塞板挤压磁流变液包覆卡槽切断电连接,同时处理去离子水使卡扣松开,防止故障扩大,提升了系统安全性,减少了因短路对充电模块及其他设备造成的损害。
