According to the suction cup for the new energy automobile charging gun, after a charging part is inserted into a charging port of an automobile, an induction rod shrinks towards the interior of a processing part, so that a guide rod is pushed to move in the direction of compressing a reset spring, and then the length of a supporting frame and the angle of a suction cup piece are adjusted, so that the suction cup piece is adsorbed to the surface of the automobile; the stability of connection between the charging gun body and the vehicle is improved through the suction cup piece, the pressure detected by the sensor is gradually increased along with movement of the induction rod, when the pressure detected by the sensor reaches a threshold value, the water pump is started, water is sprayed to the suction cup piece through the water spraying opening, and therefore the adsorption force of the suction cup piece is increased; the charging gun body is connected with the vehicle more tightly, the supporting frame and the water pump can be started only when the induction rod reaches a certain position, a user can judge whether the charging gun body is tightly connected with the vehicle or not according to the working state of the supporting frame and the working state of the water pump, and normal work of the charging gun body is guaranteed.

    本申请涉及一种新能源汽车充电枪用吸盘,在充电部插入车辆的充电口后,感应杆向处理部的内部收缩,从而推动导杆向压缩复位弹簧的方向移动,之后调节支撑架的长度和吸盘件的角度,使得吸盘件吸附在车辆表面,通过吸盘件增加充电枪本体与车辆连接的稳定性,而伴随着感应杆的移动,传感器检测的压力也逐渐增大,当传感器检测的压力达到阈值时会启动水泵,并通过喷水口将水喷洒至吸盘件,从而增加吸盘件的吸附力,使得充电枪本体与车辆的连接更为紧密,由于支撑架和水泵均需要感应杆达到一定位置处才可以启动,所以用户可以通过支撑架和水泵的工作状态判断充电枪本体是否与车辆紧密连接,以保证充电枪本体的正常工作。
