The system comprises a frame, front and rear wheels, rechargeable storage batteries I and II, a driving motor and a range extending power supply assembly. An inverter I is arranged between the storage batteries I and II and the driving motor; an inverter II is arranged between the storage batteries I and II and the range extending power supply assembly; a direct-current power supply module and an alternating-current power supply module are arranged in the range extending power supply assembly, the alternating-current power supply module is connected with a charging controller through a transformer, and the charging controller is connected with the two storage batteries.
