The invention relates to the technical field of tire design, and particularly discloses a reinforced light truck tire bead structure which is used for solving the problem of poor performance of a tire structure in the prior art. Comprising a lining, a carcass ply is attached to the outer side of the lining, hard bead filler corresponding to a steel wire ring is arranged on the outer side of the carcass ply, soft bead filler extending upwards is arranged on the outer side of the hard bead filler, the bottom of the carcass ply bypasses the steel wire ring and extends upwards to form a wrapping structure, and the outer end of the carcass ply is a carcass ply end point. Through innovative design of the structural form and material distribution of the tire ring part, the durability of the tire ring part is improved; compared with the prior art, by applying the novel seam allowance reinforcing steel wire structure and the special rubber, changing the difference level between the tire body and the seam allowance reinforcing steel wires, isolating the end points of all steel wire components and the like, the deformation resistance of the tire bead position is improved, the damage to the tire bead caused by the stress concentration of the tire body turn-up end points is eliminated, and the overall durability of the tire bead position is improved.

    本发明涉及轮胎设计技术领域,具体公开了一种加强型的轻型载货汽车轮胎胎圈结构,用以解决现有技术中轮胎结构性能不佳的问题;包括内衬,内衬外侧贴合有胎体帘布,胎体帘布外侧设有与钢丝圈相对应的硬三角胶,硬三角胶外侧设有朝上延伸的软三角胶,胎体帘布底部绕过钢丝圈朝上延伸构成包裹结构,所述胎体帘布外端为胎体帘布端点。本发明通过对轮胎圈部结构形式及材料分布创新设计,提升轮胎圈部耐久性能;与现有技术相比,通过应用新型子口补强钢丝结构、特种橡胶,改变胎体与子口补强钢丝的差级,隔离各钢丝部件端点等,提升轮胎胎圈位置抗变形性能,消除胎体反包端点应力集中对轮胎胎圈的破坏,提升胎圈部位的整体耐久性能。
