The invention discloses a rigidity-adjustable non-pneumatic tire and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of vehicles, and the non-pneumatic tire comprises a spoke structure, a plurality of embedded parts and a fixing assembly. The spoke structure comprises a plurality of spoke units, and a gap is formed between every two adjacent spoke units. The embedded part can be filled into the gap; the fixing assembly is connected with the embedded part, and the fixing assembly can maintain the embedded part in a state of filling the gap; and after the corresponding gaps are filled with the embedded parts of different numbers and/or different sizes, the rigidity of the spoke structure can be adjusted and changed. The rigidity of the spoke structure can be changed by adjusting the number and/or size of the embedded parts.
