Wherein the cover plate, the radiator, the plurality of power tubes, the circuit board and the at least one magnetic device are sequentially stacked in the first direction, the at least one magnetic device, the circuit board, the plurality of power tubes and at least part of the radiator are immersed in the heat conduction liquid, and the distance between the liquid level of the heat conduction liquid and the groove bottom of the groove-shaped bottom shell in the first direction is larger than the distance between the radiator and the groove bottom of the groove-shaped bottom shell. At least part of the radiator is immersed in the heat conduction liquid, the radiator can directly absorb heat in the heat conduction liquid so as to accelerate up-and-down circulating flow of the heat conduction liquid, the power tubes with large heat emission are distributed adjacent to the radiator, the heat dissipation uniformity of the vehicle-mounted power supply device is improved, and the cooling efficiency is improved.

    本申请提供一种车载供电装置、动力总成及电动车,车载供电装置包括壳体、散热器和电路板,壳体的容纳腔用于容纳散热器、电路板和导热液,电路板用于承载功率变换组件,功率变换组件包括多个功率管和至少一个磁器件。其中,盖板、散热器、多个功率管、电路板和至少一个磁器件沿第一方向依次层叠,至少一个磁器件、电路板、多个功率管和至少部分散热器浸没于导热液,沿第一方向导热液的液面与槽型底壳的槽底的间距大于散热器与槽型底壳的槽底的间距。散热器至少部分浸没于导热液,散热器可直接吸收导热液中的热量,从而加快导热液上下循环流动,并且将发热较大的功率管邻近散热器分布,提升车载供电装置的散热均匀性,提升冷却效率。
