The invention discloses a whole vehicle zero position online self-learning method and system. The method comprises the steps that a motor controller sets a current zero position value as a median value of a first zero position interval, a vehicle is subjected to power-off and power-on operation, whether the vehicle shakes or not is judged, and if the vehicle does not shake, the current zero position value is a correct zero position value; if the absolute value of the rotating speed change rate of the motor is smaller than the first critical value and the absolute value of the torque value of the motor is smaller than the second critical value when the vehicle shakes, whether the motor torque is a correct zero value or not is judged after the motor torque is given, the situation that the vehicle does not shake but the zero value deviates is avoided, and the method is easy to operate, capable of achieving autonomous learning, high in applicability and suitable for popularization and application. The accuracy is high; the system comprises a motor controller, a rotary transformer, a judgment module and a motor, is suitable for executing the method, can complete zero-position self-learning only through simple power-on and power-off operation, can be applied to different motors and motor controllers, and has good expansibility.

    本发明公开了一种整车零位在线自学习方法及系统,该方法包括:电机控制器将当前零位值设为第一零位区间的中值,车辆进行下电和上电操作,判断车辆是否抖动,若车辆未抖动,当前零位值为正确零位值;若车辆抖动时,电机的转速变化率绝对值小于第一临界值且电机的扭矩值绝对值小于第二临界值,给定电机扭矩后,判断是否为正确零位值,避免出现车辆不抖动但是零位值偏移的情况,该方法操作简单,能够自主学习,具有较强的适用性,且准确性较高;该系统包括电机控制器、旋转变压器、判断模块和电机,适用于执行前述的方法,只需简单进行上电下电操作可完成零位自学习,对于不同的电机与电机控制器都可以适用,具有很好的拓展性。
