The invention belongs to the technical field of airport safety engineering, and particularly discloses an active and passive combined runway arresting system and method.The runway arresting system comprises a passive arresting system, an active arresting system, a comprehensive monitoring system and an intelligent control system.The passive arresting system is arranged in a safe area; the passive blocking system is used for passively blocking an airplane, the active blocking system is arranged behind the passive blocking system, and the comprehensive monitoring system is used for monitoring speed information of the airplane on an airplane runway and in a safe area and sending the speed information to the intelligent control system. The intelligent control system is used for analyzing the speed information of the airplane and controlling the active stopping system to start, and the started active stopping system is used for stopping the airplane passing through the passive stopping system. A comprehensive monitoring system and an artificial intelligence technology are adopted, the state of the airplane is monitored in real time, automatic analysis and quick response are achieved, it is ensured that the airplane can be accurately blocked under various conditions, and runway safety is guaranteed.

    本发明属于机场安全工程技术领域,并具体公开了一种主被动相结合的飞机跑道拦阻系统及方法,飞机跑道拦阻系统包括被动阻拦系统、主动阻拦系统、综合监测系统和智能控制系统,被动阻拦系统设置在安全区,被动阻拦系统用于被动阻拦飞机,主动阻拦系统设置在被动阻拦系统后方,综合监测系统用于监测飞机在飞机跑道以及在安全区中的速度信息,并将速度信息发送至智能控制系统,智能控制系统用于分析飞机的速度信息并能控制主动阻拦系统启动,启动后的主动阻拦系统用于阻拦经过被动阻拦系统后的飞机。发明采用综合监测系统和人工智能技术,实时监控飞机状态,自动分析并快速响应,确保在各种情况下都能精确拦阻飞机,保障跑道安全。
