According to the method, the road surface damage and accident areas are analyzed, the event areas are positioned, and the danger degree of the event is evaluated according to the distance between the damage and accident areas and the key position of the road, so that the judgment of the danger degree is more prospective and has emergency response capability, and the traffic flow information is combined to evaluate the influence of road congestion. The traffic congestion degree can be effectively predicted, more comprehensive data support is provided for traffic management, traffic scheduling is more efficient, the vehicle detention time is shortened, and the accident rate is reduced.
