The invention discloses a charging data consistency determination method and device. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring charging data of a battery pack in the electric vehicle in a sampling period; obtaining a plurality of charging data variations of each single battery; obtaining a first charging data mean value of each single battery; determining a charging data total capacity, and determining a second charging data mean value of the battery pack; determining a statistical index of a first error of the charging data in each single battery; determining a statistical index of a second error of the charging data between the single batteries; determining a charging data statistical value of each single battery, and determining a charging data critical value; and comparing the charging data statistical value with the charging data critical value to determine a charging data consistency evaluation index of the single battery. According to the method and the device, the technical problem that the potential safety hazard of the battery cannot be checked in time due to the fact that the consistency of the charging data cannot be accurately determined based on the charging data of the battery pack in the sampling period in the prior art is solved.
