A steel wheel is a mechanical part widely applied to the fields of hoisting machinery, railways, ports and the like, the driving of the wheel is mostly realized by adopting a motor, a speed reducer and a coupler, and the problems of large size of the speed reducer and complex installation of the part cause great trouble to design, manufacture and installation. Based on the principle of differential gear speed reduction, the novel differential speed reduction integrated wheel is developed, the characteristic that the transmission speed reduction ratio of a differential planetary gear speed reducer is large is utilized, the wheel serving as a rotating body is connected with a planet carrier, and integration of the speed reduction wheel is achieved. Therefore, the differential type planetary speed reduction wheel integrating bearing and speed reduction transmission is realized. The planetary differential speed reduction wheel has the remarkable advantages of being high in integration degree, large in transmission ratio, convenient to transport and install and the like, the equipment cost can be greatly reduced, and a solution which is more compact, capable of reducing the amount and high in cost performance is provided for driving and transmission of steel wheels in all industries.

    钢制车轮是在起重机械、铁路、港口等领域广泛应用的机械部件,对此类车轮的驱动,多采用电机+减速器+连轴器的形式实现,减速器体积大、部件安装复杂的问题对设计、制造和安装造成了较大困扰。本发明基于差速齿轮减速的原理,开发了一种新型差动减速集成车轮,利用差速行星齿轮减速器传动减速比大的特性,将作为转动体的车轮同行星架连接在一起,实现减速车轮的集成。从而实现了集承载、减速传动于一体的差动式行星减速车轮。本发明所涉及的行星差动减速车轮具有集成度高、传动比大、运输与安装方便等显著特点,可大幅降低设备成本,为在各行业中的钢制车轮的驱动和传动提供了一种更加紧凑、减量且性价比高的解决方案。
