According to the wheel-mounted brake disc, the proportional relation between the distance H1 and the height H1 is reasonably set, so that the heat capacity of the disc body is increased while it is guaranteed that the structural strength meets the requirement, product failure caused by high temperature in the application process of the disc body is avoided, and the brake power can meet the application requirement of an urban motor train unit with the running speed reaching 160 km/h.

    本发明公开了一种轮装制动盘,包括两个盘体,两个盘体对称设置在车轮辐板的两侧并通过多个连接结构与车轮辐板相连接,盘体的内盘面与车轮辐板之间形成散热腔;其中,盘体的内盘面上沿盘体的周向分布有多个散热筋以及多个用于安装连接结构的安装凸台;盘体的内盘面与外盘面之间的间距为H1,安装凸台和散热筋相对于盘体的内盘面凸起的高度均为H2,具有关系:1.5≤H1/H2≤1.6。本发明的轮装制动盘,通过合理设置间距H1与高度H1之间的比例关系,从而在保证结构强度符合要求的同时,增大了盘体的热容量,避免盘体在运用过程中因高温而发生产品失效,使得制动功率能够满足运行速度达到160km/h的市域动车组的运用要求。
