The invention discloses a push-and-pull fork frame of a full-rotation hoisting pile driver for an offshore ship and a loading and unloading method of the push-and-pull fork frame. The push-and-pull fork frame comprises a first-stage fork frame, a second-stage fork frame, a third-stage fork frame, a first telescopic oil cylinder and a second telescopic oil cylinder. The rear end part of the primary fork frame is movably connected with the root position of the propeller strut; the rear end part of the second-stage fork frame is inserted into the front end part of the first-stage fork frame; the rear end part of the third-stage fork frame is inserted into the front end part of the second-stage fork frame; the front end part of the third-stage fork frame is movably connected with the middle position of the pile frame; the fixed end of the first telescopic oil cylinder is arranged on the first-stage fork frame, and the movable end of the first telescopic oil cylinder is arranged on the second-stage fork frame; the fixed end of the second telescopic oil cylinder is arranged on the second-stage fork frame, and the movable end of the second telescopic oil cylinder is arranged on the third-stage fork frame. A three-stage push-and-pull structure is adopted, the two ends of the push-and-pull structure are movably connected with the root of the propeller strut and the middle of the pile frame correspondingly, and the problems that an existing push-and-pull fork frame is inconvenient to mount/dismount and occupies a large deck area are solved.
