The intelligent forklift comprises a forklift body, a lifting mechanism, a positioning front fork and a tray, the lifting mechanism is installed at the front end of the forklift body, the positioning front fork comprises a front fork body, a telescopic positioning assembly and a driving part, and the front fork body is slidably connected with the lifting end of the lifting mechanism along the two sides, perpendicular to the lifting direction, of the lifting mechanism; the telescopic positioning assembly is installed on the loading face of the front fork body, and the telescopic direction of the telescopic positioning assembly faces the two sides of a vehicle body. The fixed end of the driving part is fixedly connected with the front fork body, and the driving end of the driving part is in transmission connection with the telescopic power input end of the telescopic positioning assembly so as to drive the telescopic end of the telescopic positioning assembly to protrude out of the front fork body and position a tray placed on the loading face of the front fork body. The telescopic positioning assembly is installed on the loading face of the front fork body, and the technical problem that positioning between a front fork and a tray of a traditional forklift is not firm is solved.
