The invention provides a control method for stopping rope winding and quickly releasing a rope of a winch. The control method comprises the following specific steps: quickly releasing the rope if the rope needs to be released; the first control reversing valve reverses to enable the A end to be communicated with the P end; the oil tank outputs hydraulic oil to the control end of the first control switch valve through the first control reversing valve, drives the first control switch valve to reverse and communicates with the first port and the second port. An oil path between the oil inlet pipeline and the pilot-operated overflow valve and the oil return pipeline is communicated with an oil path between the oil inlet pipeline and the second pilot-operated overflow valve and the oil return pipeline; the oil tank continuously outputs hydraulic oil to the oil inlet pipeline; hydraulic oil flows to the oil return pipeline through the pilot-operated overflow valve and the second pilot-operated overflow valve and then flows back to the oil inlet pipeline through the motor, so that circulation is realized, and the winch is driven to release a rope quickly; the control method is simple and reliable.

    本发明提供一种绞车停止收绳和快速放绳的控制方法,具体步骤包括:若需要快速放绳;第一控制换向阀换向使得A端与P端连通;油箱通过第一控制换向阀输出液压油至第一控制开关阀的控制端,驱动第一控制开关阀换向并连通第一端口和第二端口;进油管道与先导式溢流阀和回油管道之间的油路以及进油管道与第二先导式溢流阀和回油管道之间的油路连通;油箱继续向进油管道输出液压油;液压油经过先导式溢流阀和第二先导式溢流阀流向回油管道后再经过马达流回进油管道从而实现循环,驱动绞车快速放绳;控制方法简单且可靠。
