The invention provides a rope take-up control method which is realized through a hydraulic system and comprises the following specific steps: (1) an oil tank outputs hydraulic oil to a motor through a first oil outlet pipeline to drive the motor to rotate to take up a rope; (2) part of the hydraulic oil in the first oil outlet pipeline flows into a pilot oil way of the pilot overflow valve and drives the pilot overflow valve to be closed; (3) in the rope winding process, if the rotating speed of the motor is too high, the oil pressure of the first oil outlet pipeline is increased; (4) the first switch valve is controlled to be switched on; (5) part of hydraulic oil in a pilot oil way of the pilot overflow valve flows back to the oil tank through the first switch valve, and the control oil pressure of the pilot overflow valve is increased or decreased; (6) when the oil pressure of the first oil outlet pipeline is larger than the control oil pressure of the pilot-operated overflow valve, the pilot-operated overflow valve is opened; and (7) the hydraulic oil of the first oil outlet pipeline flows to the first oil return pipeline through the pilot-operated overflow valve and flows back to the oil tank through the first oil return pipeline.

    本发明提供一种收绳控制方法,通过液压系统实现,具体步骤包括:(1)油箱通过第一出油管道输出液压油至马达,驱动马达转动进行收绳;(2)第一出油管道内的液压油一部分流入先导式溢流阀的先导油路中并驱动先导式溢流阀关闭;(3)收绳过程中,若马达转动速度过快,使得第一出油管道的油压增大;(4)控制第一开关阀导通;(5)先导式溢流阀的先导油路中一部分液压油经过第一开关阀流回油箱,先导式溢流阀的控制油压增加或降低;(6)当第一出油管道的油压大于先导式溢流阀的控制油压时,先导式溢流阀打开;(7)第一出油管道的液压油经过先导式溢流阀流向第一回油管道,并经过第一回油管道流回油箱。
