The invention relates to a lifting device with an energy recycling function for a crane in the technical field of cranes, which comprises a crane trolley, a lifting mechanism mounted on the crane trolley and formed by sequentially connecting a driving motor, a speed reducer, a winding drum and a safety brake in a transmission manner, and a super resistor connected with the driving motor in parallel, the energy conversion mechanism comprises a water storage tank, a water pump, a supercharger and a crankshaft, the water inlet end of the water pump is connected with the water storage tank, and the water outlet end of the water pump is connected with a heat absorption pipe; in the descending process of the lifting appliance and the lifted object, the driving motor drives the water pump to do work, so that water absorbs heat generated by the super resistor to be vaporized and enters the supercharger to be pressurized and stored; when the driving motor drives the winding drum to rotate forwards to lift a lifting appliance and a lifted object, water vapor in the supercharger enters the air cylinder through the valve, so that the air cylinder acts to drive the crankshaft spindle to rotate forwards, and the crankshaft spindle rotates forwards to drive the winding drum to rotate forwards to assist the driving motor in acting.

    本发明涉及起重机技术领域的一种起重机用具有能量回收再利用的起升装置,包括起重机小车,安装于起重机小车、且由驱动电机、减速器、卷筒和安全制动器依次传动连接构成的起升机构,与驱动电机并联的超级电阻,还包括能量转化机构和定向传动机构,所述能量转化机构包括储水箱、水泵、增压器和曲轴,水泵进水端与储水箱连接、且出水端连接有吸热管;本发明在吊具和被吊物下降过程中,驱动电机带动水泵做功,使得水吸收超级电阻产生的热量汽化进入增压器中加压并储存;当驱动电机带动卷筒正转提升吊具和被吊物时,增压器内水蒸气经过阀门进入至气缸,使得气缸做功带动曲轴主轴正转,曲轴主轴正转带动卷筒正转,辅助驱动电机做功。
