The invention discloses a crane lifting balance system which comprises a trolley frame, a lifting mechanism is arranged on the upper portion of the trolley frame and comprises a motor, the output end of the motor is connected with a speed reducer, and the output ends of the two sides of the speed reducer drive corresponding winding drums to rotate through transmission shafts; a balancing frame is arranged below the trolley frame, two opposite pulley assemblies are arranged on the balancing frame, the two ends of a steel wire rope are correspondingly wound on the two winding drums respectively, and the steel wire rope winds around the two pulley assemblies; the balance frame is in sliding fit with a connecting plate in the horizontal direction; the lower part of the connecting plate is connected with a hanging beam; balanced lifting of the lifting beam is achieved, the lifting beam can move horizontally, the lifting appliance can cover a wider area, and the operation space is larger.

    本发明公开了一种起重机起升平衡系统,包括小车架,小车架的上部设有起升机构,起升机构包括电机,电机的输出端连接有减速器,减速器的两侧输出端均通过传动轴驱动对应的卷筒旋转;小车架的下方设有平衡架,平衡架设有两个相对设置的滑轮组件,钢丝绳的两端分别对应缠绕在两个卷筒上、且钢丝绳绕过两个滑轮组件;平衡架水平方向滑动配合有连接板,连接板的下部连接有吊梁;本发明实现吊梁的平衡起吊,吊梁可以平移,吊具能够覆盖更广的区域,操作空间更大。
