The lifting appliance comprises a plurality of arc-shaped lifting plates and bushings, and clamping grooves are formed in the outer cylindrical surfaces of the arc-shaped lifting plates; the bushing is inserted into a through hole formed by the plurality of arc-shaped lifting plates, and the outer cylindrical surface of the bushing is propped against the inner arc surfaces of the arc-shaped lifting plates; and a hoisting hole is formed in the arc-shaped hoisting plate. During use, the method comprises the steps that S1, the multiple arc-shaped lifting plates are inserted into a center hole of a hub of the blisk, and the clamping grooves of the arc-shaped lifting plates are clamped on the hub; s2, a lining cylinder is inserted into a through hole jointly defined by the multiple arc-shaped lifting plates, and the outer cylindrical surface of the lining cylinder abuts against the inner arc surfaces of the arc-shaped lifting plates; and S3, a lifting rope is installed in a lifting hole of the arc-shaped lifting plate, and lifting can be conducted. The lifting appliance provided by the invention is suitable for lifting the blisk, and is simple in structure and convenient to operate.
