The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle for flow collection and event reporting, the unmanned aerial vehicle comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body and a collection unit installed at the bottom of the unmanned aerial vehicle body, the collection unit comprises a fixed part and a movable part which is installed below the fixed part and can horizontally rotate, and the fixed part and the movable part are connected through a telescopic part. A plurality of collection cameras are arranged at the bottom of the movable part in the length direction of the movable part, and the shooting directions of the collection cameras are distributed in a fan shape. The unmanned aerial vehicle can more accurately collect the object flow information and the event image information and report the object flow information and the event image information.
