The invention provides a tower-type folding emergency escape device and an emergency escape method.The tower-type folding emergency escape device is arranged at the high position of a building and comprises a falling platform made of strong magnets; the falling channel is connected with the building through a hinge, and the falling platform is arranged in the falling channel and moves along the falling channel; and the speed reduction and recovery assembly is magnetically connected with the falling channel, the speed reduction and recovery assembly is installed on the bottom face of the building, and the speed reduction and recovery assembly is in lap joint with the falling platform and conducts speed reduction motion and reset motion on the falling platform. Under the combined action of friction between the falling platform and the falling channel and vortex generated between the falling platform and the falling channel, the falling speed of the falling platform is controlled, meanwhile, the speed reduction recovery assembly is arranged to decelerate the falling platform, and the safety degree in the escape process is improved.

    本发明提供了一种塔式折叠应急逃逸装置及应急逃逸方法,其中塔式折叠应急逃逸装置设置于建筑物高处,其包括:下落平台,所述下落平台由强磁铁制备而成;下落通道,所述下落通道与所述建筑物通过铰链连接,所述下落平台配置于所述下落通道内且沿所述下落通道运动;减速复原组件,所述减速复原组件与所述下落通道磁性连接,所述减速复原组件安装于所述建筑物的底面,所述减速复原组件与所述下落平台搭接,对所述下落平台进行减速运动和复位运动。本发明利用下落平台与下落通道之间的摩擦、下落平台与下落通道之间产生的涡流的共同作用下,对下落平台的下降速度进行控制,同时设置减速复原组件对下落平台进行减速,提高逃逸过程中的安全程度。
