本发明提供一种交错式动力舱回流阻断装置及其设计方法,属于直升机空气动力学与气动设计技术领域,该装置包括:发动机主喷管,排气喷管,内阻流板,以及外阻流板,内阻流板、外阻流板位于发动机主喷管和排气喷管形成的引射间隙中;内阻流板一端固定在发动机主喷管的外侧壁上,外阻流板一端固定在排气喷管的内侧壁上,且外阻流板靠近排气出口,外阻流板和内阻流板的间隙为3~5mm,外阻流板和内阻流板在高度方向存在重叠区域;通过内、外阻流板相互交错的布置方式,增强直升机动力舱引射间隙处的压力,避免发动机排出的高温尾气回流进入动力舱内部而出现烧蚀问题,无需直接替换主喷管或排气喷管,降低成本,缩短生产周期。
