The invention relates to the field of structural design, and provides a large slenderness ratio split type light skin reinforced cabin structure which comprises a skin cylinder, short boss welding blocks, long boss welding blocks and axial reinforcing ribs, the short boss welding blocks are welded to the skin cylinder, the long boss welding blocks and the transverse reinforcing ribs form a cylindrical shell, and the long boss welding blocks are welded to the long boss welding blocks. The cylindrical shell is cut along the horizontal reference line to form a split type lower shell and a split type upper shell, and the split type lower shell and the split type upper shell are closed through a connecting strip. According to the invention, mechanical interfaces such as equipment mounting holes, antenna mounting holes, test ports, front and rear end frame connecting holes and the like are processed by adopting a metal plate forming process and an in-cabin spot welding reinforcing rib forming process, meanwhile, a butt joint end frame structure is spot-welded at a split position, and finally, the split type light skin reinforced cabin body structure with a large slenderness ratio is obtained. The problems of feasibility and assembly manufacturability of installation of large-size complex equipment in the cabin with the large slenderness ratio are solved, and meanwhile the extreme requirement for light weight of the cabin is met.

    本发明提供了一种涉及结构设计领域的大长细比分瓣式轻质蒙皮加筋的舱体结构,包括:蒙皮筒体、短凸台焊块、长凸台焊块以及轴向加强筋,蒙皮筒体上焊接有短凸台焊块、长凸台焊块以及横向加强筋形成筒状壳体,筒状壳体沿水平基准线切割形成分瓣式下壳体和分瓣式上壳体,分瓣式下壳体和分瓣式上壳体通过连接条实现合舱。本发明采用钣金成型工艺+舱内点焊加强筋成型工艺,加工出各设备安装孔、天线安装孔、测试口和前后端框连接孔等机械接口,同时在分瓣处点焊对接端框结构,最终得到一种大长细比分瓣式轻质蒙皮加筋的舱体结构,解决了大尺寸复杂设备安装在大长细比舱体内可行性和装配工艺性难点,同时满足了对舱体轻量化的极端需求。
