The invention relates to an overpressure balloon deflation self-destruction device and a self-destruction method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of overpressure balloon deflation self-destruction equipment. The device comprises a four-way shell connected with an overpressure balloon handle, and an air outlet of the overpressure balloon handle is connected with an upper passage of the four-way shell; a sealing hose is arranged on a left passage of the four-way shell, a self-destruction ball pre-sealed with part of gas is arranged in the sealing hose, and the self-destruction ball expands along with the increase of the flying height of the overpressure balloon body; a pressure release valve is arranged on a right passage of the four-way shell, an electric control device is hung at the bottom of the four-way shell through a first hanging rope, and the first hanging rope is connected with an electric heating wire in the electric control device; the electric control device is further connected with one end of a second hanging rope, and the other end of the second hanging rope is connected with a pressure release valve. The device ensures that the overpressure balloon is automatically deflated before reaching the preset height to prevent the overpressure balloon from being broken in advance, self-rescue is achieved at the preset self-destruction height, and the device is easy to assemble, safe, reliable, convenient to operate and suitable for batch production, popularization and use.

    本发明涉及一种超压气球泄气自毁装置及其自毁方法,属于超压气球泄气自毁设备的技术领域。它包括与超压气球球柄相接的四通壳体,超压气球球柄的出气口与四通壳体的上通路相接;在四通壳体的左通路上设置密封软管,在密封软管内设置预封有部分气体的自毁小球,自毁小球随超压气球本体飞行高度增加而膨胀;在四通壳体的右通路上设置泄压阀,四通壳体底部经第一挂绳挂设有电控装置,第一挂绳与电控装置内部的电热丝连接;电控装置还与第二挂绳的一端相接,所述第二挂绳的另一端与泄压阀相接。本发明确保超压气球在达到预设高度前自动泄气防止超压气球提前破裂,并在预设的自毁高度自救,装配简单,安全可靠,操作便捷,适合批量生产及推广使用。
