The invention relates to the technical field of automatic driving, in particular to a vehicle variable acceleration determination planning method, a product, equipment and a medium. The method comprises the steps that the real-time position of a current vehicle is acquired, and a plurality of bumpy road sections of a current road where the current vehicle is located are determined from a preset road section database according to the real-time position; determining a target bumpy road section closest to the real-time position on the current lane from the plurality of bumpy road sections, and acquiring target point cloud data on the current road; according to the plurality of bumpy road sections and the target point cloud data, judging whether adjacent lanes meet preset lane changing conditions or not; and if the adjacent lane does not meet the preset lane changing condition, determining a target acceleration based on the target bumpy road section, and controlling the current vehicle to slow down according to the target acceleration. Accurate regulation and control of the vehicle driving acceleration can be achieved, and the driving safety and comfort are remarkably improved.
