According to the invention, erosion of natural environment to the charging wire can be reduced through the protection device, the service life of the insulating sleeve outside the charging wire is effectively ensured, and the wound charging wire can flow out of the gap through the movable device, so that effective heat dissipation of the just used charging wire is ensured, and the service life of the charging wire is prolonged. The problem that the service life of the insulating sleeve is affected due to high temperature caused by the fact that heat of the charging wire located inside cannot be dissipated after the charging wire is wound is avoided.
