The vehicle information is recognized through the camera to judge whether the vehicle is the electric vehicle matched with the parking space or not, and then whether the warning board is put down or not to allow the vehicle to enter is determined, so that the parking space is prevented from being occupied by other vehicles; the charging panel can ascend and descend through the lifting mechanism so as to adapt to vehicles with different chassis heights, and the consistency of charging efficiency is kept.
