The invention discloses a hybrid power assembly for a heavy commercial vehicle and a control method of the hybrid power assembly. The hybrid power assembly comprises an engine, a clutch, a first motor, a second motor, a planet row system, a gearbox system, a shell and a sliding sleeve locking mechanism. Wherein the shell is fixedly arranged, the planet row system, the sliding sleeve locking mechanism and the gearbox system are installed in the shell, and the sliding sleeve locking mechanism is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the shell; the engine is connected with the planet row system and the gearbox system through the clutch and the output shaft, and the row sun gear is connected with the inner wall of the shell in an on-off mode through the sliding sleeve locking mechanism. The control method comprises a pure electric mode, a hybrid mode, a braking energy recovery mode, an engine direct drive mode and a high-voltage fault limping mode. According to the invention, the whole vehicle can still be driven when the whole vehicle has a high-voltage fault, and the clutch and the sliding sleeve locking mechanism are added, so that the clutch can be controlled to be separated, combined and the like.
本发明公开了一种重型商用车用混合动力总成及其控制方法,所公开的混合动力总成包括发动机、离合器、第一电机、第二电机、行星排系统、变速箱系统、壳体和滑套锁止机构;其中壳体固定设置,所述行星排系统、滑套锁止机构以及变速箱系统安装于壳体内,且滑套锁止机构与壳体内壁固定连接;所述发动机通过离合器及输出轴与行星排系统与变速箱系统连接,所述排太阳轮通过滑套锁止机构与壳体内壁可通断式连接。所述控制方法包括纯电动模式、混动模式、制动能量回收模式、发动机直驱模式和高压故障跛行模式。本发明考虑到整车高压故障时仍可保证整车驱动,增加了离合器和滑套锁止机构,保证离合器可实现分离结合等控制。
