The drainage system comprises a drainage pipe connected with the upper part of the inner cavity of the sewage collecting cabin and a blow-off pipe connected with the bottom of the inner cavity of the sewage collecting cabin; the drainage pipe is connected with a drainage port at the upper end of the ship side; an anticlockwise annular dynamic flow field is formed in the water body in the aquaculture water tank, the growth requirements of fishes are met, and the aquaculture water body is injected and drained in an exchange mode and effectively purified.
