The invention discloses a safety early warning dynamic sensing method and system for an anchored ship, is used for guaranteeing the safety of the anchored ship in a complex coastal anchored ground with a limited water area, and relates to the technical field of sailing and maritime safety guarantee. Modeling is carried out by accurately calculating potential complex related variables inside and outside an anchored ship such as the length of an anchor chain, the water depth of an anchoring ground, the ship size, the positioning precision, the starting performance of a main engine and the influence of a limited water channel on the maneuvering characteristics of the ship, multiple static and dynamic factors of the ship are fully considered, and the accuracy of a risk sensing model is improved. And the dynamic sensing model dynamically changes along with different ship parameters and submarine topographies. An empirical result shows that effective safety early warning information can be provided for sailing and anchoring ships in the water transportation means when the ships are about to enter or pass through the restricted coastal anchoring ground, safe navigation and decision making of the ships are facilitated, and the sailing and anchoring safety of the ships is improved.

    本发明公开了一种锚泊船安全预警动态感知方法及系统,用于保障在限制水域的复杂沿海锚地锚泊船的安全,涉及航海与海事安全保障技术领域,本发明构建了一种锚泊船舶感知预警模型,通过精准计算锚链长度、锚地水深、船舶尺寸、定位精度、主机启动性能和受限水道对船舶机动性能的影响等锚泊船舶内部和外部潜在复杂相关变量进行建模,充分考虑船舶自身的静态和动态多种因素,提高风险感知模型的精确度。并且这种动态感知模型随着不同的船舶参数和海底地形而动态变化。实证结果表明,本发明可以为水上交通运输工具中的在航和锚泊船舶在即将进入或通过限制性沿海锚地时提供有效安全预警信息,有助于船舶安全导航与决策吗,提高船舶航行和锚泊安全。
