According to the method, the difference value of the phase bidirectional traffic flow and the difference value of the minimum value of the distance from the previous intersection in two directions serve as input through every two phases, the green time ratio is calculated through the fuzzy algorithm, multiple phase ratios are established through equal division of all the ratios, the green light duration of all the phases is calculated according to the total cooperation period, and therefore more reasonable and accurate signal timing is achieved.
