The invention discloses an influence optimization method and system for traffic network key node mining. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a to-be-processed road network data set; performing file preprocessing and text conversion on the road network data set to obtain a text file of a to-be-input network; the text file is input into a target network for influence optimization processing, and the process comprises the steps that first processing is carried out on the text file through a 2-hop neighborhood estimation influence evaluation factor so as to evaluate the repeated influence from one seed node to another seed node in a road network; performing second processing on the text file through an advanced multi-point crossover operator adaptive parameter strategy; and selecting a seed node set method with optimal influence on the basis of an RN-MA algorithm to carry out iterative processing on the text file after the first processing and the second processing, and determining an optimization result of the influence. The key nodes in the composite urban traffic network can be mined, the efficiency is high, and the method can be widely applied to the technical field of computers.
