The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle vibration reduction, in particular to a hydraulic vibration reduction device and a vibration reduction method. The device comprises a buffering mechanism, a first sealing cavity and a second sealing cavity are formed in the buffering mechanism, and hydraulic media are arranged in the first sealing cavity and the second sealing cavity; the pressure bearing mechanism is arranged on the buffer mechanism and can apply pressure to one of the first sealing cavity and the second sealing cavity; the adjusting mechanism is arranged on the buffering mechanism and used for adjusting and controlling the size of the section of a damping channel, communicating with the second sealing cavity, of the first sealing cavity, and therefore the size of damping generated by the buffering mechanism to the pressure bearing mechanism is adjusted. The pressure bearing mechanism of the device transmits vibration to the buffering mechanism, a hydraulic medium in the buffering mechanism can provide buffering, the adjusting mechanism can adjust the cross section size of damping channels of the first sealing cavity and the second sealing cavity so as to adjust the rigidity of the sealing cavity directly applying pressure, and the damping performance of the device is adjusted; the problem that higher durability and vibration reduction performance cannot be met at the same time is solved.

    本发明涉及车辆减振技术领域,具体指一种液压式减振装置及减振方法。该装置包括,缓冲机构,缓冲机构内设有第一密封腔和第二密封腔,第一密封腔和第二密封腔内设有液压介质;承压机构,承压机构设于缓冲机构上可对第一密封腔和第二密封腔中的一个施压;调节机构,调节机构设于缓冲机构上,用于调控第一密封腔连通第二密封腔的阻尼通道的截面大小,从而调节缓冲机构对承压机构产生的阻尼大小。本装置的承压机构将振动传递给缓冲机构,缓冲机构内的液压介质可提供缓冲,调节机构可调节第一密封腔和第二密封腔的阻尼通道的截面大小,来调节直接施压的密封腔的刚度,实现调节本装置的阻尼性能,解决不能同时满足更高耐用性和减振性能的问题。
