The invention belongs to the technical field of ocean monitoring, and discloses a heaving reciprocating observation buoy with a controllable depth range, a control method and a system. The control method comprises the following steps: in a diving stage, the depth range controllable heaving reciprocating observation buoy receives a satellite signal, and a control system executes a diving action; the air bag system controls an air bag to contract through an air path adjusting device, net buoyancy is reduced, and diving is achieved by executing a diving action instruction sent by the control system. In the depth-keeping stage, the air bag volume is not changed; and a floating stage, wherein the marine physical data observed in the floating stage are uniformly sent to a satellite. The multi-stage adjustable mode of the electromagnetic valve is adopted, the opening degrees of the electromagnetic valve are different, and compared with the traditional opening degree of 0-1, the multi-stage adjustable mode is low in energy consumption consumed by opening and closing each time, the energy consumption is reduced, the service life of the buoy is prolonged, and the maintenance frequency is reduced.

    本发明属于海洋监测技术领域,公开了一种深度范围可控升沉往复观测浮标、控制方法及系统。该控制方法包括:下潜阶段,深度范围可控升沉往复观测浮标接收卫星信号,控制系统执行下潜动作;气囊系统通过气路调节装置控制气囊实现收缩,减小净浮力,执行控制系统发出的下潜动作指令实现下潜;定深阶段,气囊体积不变化;上浮阶段,上浮阶段所观测的海洋物理数据统一发送给卫星。本发明采用电磁阀多级可调的方式,电磁阀开度不同,相比于传统的0‑1开度,这种多级可调每次开关所消耗的能耗低,降低能耗,以延长浮标的使用寿命,减少维护频率。
